I had a look at this link and I did all that I could : clean up the computer (carefully) with Onyx, change the old Java 6 version that was on my Mac OSX 10.8.5 for the latest version from Oracle website JRE - java 7, uninstall - reinstall Openoffice and Libreoffice, uninstall - reinstall the extensions Zotero 4.0.21.5 and Zotero Libroffice Integration 3.5.9.
