One of the problems we see most often is when clients rely on LegalZoom to create their New York Limited Liability Company (LLC), only to realize later that they’ve failed to comply with the New York LLC publication requirement. While these services may offer unbeatable prices, we all know the old saying – if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.
